Opening in January, restaurant Babae, is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our leadership team. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity to manage the front of house operations of this fine dining restaurant in Ballarat. It is also an unique opportunity to work alongside award winning hospitality professionals. This is a service focused role and the successful candidate will need to be highly visible throughout the venue, overseeing all aspects of front of house operations across 5 days.
